Ortho TIDBIT:
Know your coverage. The first step is to contact your benefits manager when you are employed. They should be able to assist you with information or dental forms concerning your coverage. Some companies have general dental benefits, but no orthodontic coverage while others have age limitations. If there is an orthodontic benefit, most cover only a percentage of the fee up to a lifetime maximum amount.
