• Learning is non-stop in our office. Both Dr. Ross and the rest of the team maximize continuing education to provide state-of-the-art treatment.
• Excellence is delivered through exceptional skills. Each staff member has completed the South Carolina Orthodontic Assistants exam or is in the preparatory stages. Dr. Ross is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and Dr. Munn is board eligible and will soon become a Diplomate.

All clinical staff are required to pass the South Carolina Orthodontic Assistants Exam. We stay abreast of new technology (in our mission statement) so the team is required to go to state, regional, or national meetings either annually or biannually.
